As you step inside, you will be greeted by the beautiful living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room will allow you relax in luxury with comfortable seating and 65-Inch SMART 4K TV. From the living room, there is access to the patio balcony where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful golf course views. Head towards the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee bar, breakfast bar, and all you need to prepare meals. Enjoy all your meals around the elegant dining table. There is also a Sonos sound system throughout the home for you to dance to your favorite music.

On the ground floor, you will find the first master suite featuring a king bed,50-inch SMART 4K TV, and en-suite bathroom. You can also find three master suite on the second floor with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, and 50-inch SMART 4K TV’s. Let the kids have a blast in their own custom built Minion bedroom. The kid’s bedroom features three twin over twin bunk beds, spiral slide, and 50-inch SMART 4K TV. The last bedroom is located across the courtyard in the Annex allowing more privacy and space for your guests in your party. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.
While staying in this property you will be able to use the majority of Reunion's amenities such as 6 swimming pools, bike hire, on-site restaurants, and bars. Please note this property does not have a Reunion Resort Club Membership needed to access additional amenities within the resort, including Reunion's Water Park, Tennis, and Golf. While access to Reunion’s golf courses is not included with this rental, summer visitors may often find tee times available via GolfNow. Island H20 Live is just 6.8 miles away from Reunion, for guests wanting to enjoy a local water park at a great price
