Florida Vacation Homes is a Reunion Resort Preferred Rental Partner. Guest access to the water park, golf and other club facilities depends on the individual rental property, its active membership and the booking arrangements. Booking a home inside Reunion Resort does not automatically include access to every amenity.
Before You Book: Confirm Your Property’s Access
- Check the listing for confirmed Reunion Resort amenity access.
- Ask which facilities your chosen home or condo includes for your registered guests.
- Confirm resort fees, any guest-registration requirements and separately charged activities.
- Follow the arrival instructions for your reservation, including how to obtain any required wristbands.
If access is essential to your holiday, contact our local team before reserving. We can confirm the details for the specific property you are considering.
Water Park, Golf and Other Club Facilities
Eligible properties can offer access to the Reunion Resort water park and other club amenities. Access eligibility is different from the price of an activity: golf rounds and some other activities have additional charges, and availability is not guaranteed. See our golf guide and tennis guide to plan your stay.
Do not assume that homeowner or club-member discounts, unlimited golf or member benefits transfer to rental guests. Only the benefits confirmed for your reservation apply.
Resort Pools and Locations
Use the photographs below to recognise pool locations, then explore our Reunion Resort pool guide and neighbourhood map. A pictured pool is not a guarantee of access: check your selected property’s eligibility.

Wristbands, Hours and Activity Charges
Eligible guests need approved wristbands for facilities that require them. Follow the collection instructions supplied for your reservation. For current operating hours and weather-related changes, check the official resort schedule. Golf tee times and activity reservations are subject to availability; confirm current charges before booking an activity.
