Eleven elegant and alluring streets, drives and courts house modern and luxurious rental properties which make up the community and add to the charm. For example, Watson Court, Oconee Street and Gathering Drive are exotic and popular choices amongst the family vacationers. Additionally, Molona Street, Soiree Way and Devereaux Street show off their tree lined properties available as holiday rentals. Radiant Street, Sparkling Court and Astina Street boast family orientated luxury villas. Finally, Velleux Street and Gathering Loop are just as beautiful with palm trees adorning the properties. Amenities to Enjoy

Being a neighborhood on one of the world’s most sought-after vacation rental resorts in Florida, Homestead certainly has an abundance of amenities on site for everyone to use and enjoy. For relaxation and water fun there are eleven Reunion Resort community pools to consider a swim or a soothing dip. Not to mention the lazy river in the water park. Arcades and activity programs are available to keep children busy; encouraging fitness and activity whilst they venture around the resort. Explore as a family and discover the natural and scenic walking trails around the neighborhood. See where the trails lead you. Even hire a bike and take in the views of the resort at your own pace from your own two wheels. Restaurants and bars are available throughout the resort and range from fine dining to casual lunches, quenching drinks and tasty snacks. For the ladies, there is a cute Boutique Spa where pampering treatments and massages are available.

For those of you who still enjoy a workout on holiday then the Fitness Center has a fully stocked gym with changing/showering facilities. Sport activities for active people is at the Tennis or Volleyball Court, should you feel like training or playing a game. Three fabulous signature Golf Courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson, and Jack Nicklaus are available to play, although pre booking is advisable. Additionally, try out the short golf practice area or even take in a round of miniature golf with the family. Finally, if you are heading out to the theme parks then keep an eye out for the Shuttle Service that takes you to Walt Disney World found throughout the resort.

Homestead Vacation Homes

With hundreds of vacation homes to choose from, Homestead has a place for everyone. Homes ranging from as little as three to a staggering eleven bedrooms are available. Therefore, able to accommodate even the largest families and their friends. Each luxury vacation home has generous amounts of open plan living space and most have their own private screened pools too. For instance, some shows off an amazing 24 x 12 private pool with spillover spa.

Themed bedrooms for the children make for an exciting vacation and most properties go above and beyond with this. Many have two fun themed bedrooms for the kids; with slides and custom built bunk beds. Cinema rooms and games rooms for family time are within many properties throughout homestead. Essentially, providing family entertainment after a busy day exploring the theme parks or sightseeing. Games rooms kitted out with features such as a pool table or Xbox console are very popular.

Each vacation home is stylish, elegant, modern as well as luxurious. Featuring large open living spaces, contrasting colors and décor as well as modern furnishings and technologies. Accentuated with sprawling rugs, tile or laminate wood adorn the lower floors throughout each home. Accordingly, the fitted kitchens are more than adequate to cater for cooking or preparing food. Beautiful and spacious granite worktops contrast against fine wood cabinets, where all relevant culinary tools and cooking utensils are stored. Bedrooms inside the vacation homes are designed with comfort in mind. King and queen beds that are soft and comfortable make for a good night’s sleep following busy days.

Some bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms that are well stocked and provide essential privacy. However, shared bathrooms are equally spacious and accommodating too. The lower rooms of each home boasts huge floor to ceiling windows that stream in natural sunlight. Radiating with natural light the vacation homes are light and airy. All our properties come with air conditioning units fitted unless stated otherwise.
