The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

We loved the communication...from before booking and throughout the process until the end of our stay. Magical Vacation Homes offered many homes to choose from, and the one we selected was perfect.

Starting with the seamless process of making the reservation, to the easy check-in with the door code activation, which allowed access right on time, to the amazing house with its fabulous design and abundant amenities, this was simply the vacation experience that kept on giving. We had a few questions about the functionality of some of the high-tech equipment, and MCH responded immediately, as promised. All around, Magical Vacation Homes is a top-shelf, 5 Star company with great people and amazing properties to rent. Our family of 15 (7 grandsons included) gives it 30 thumbs up and, of course, we will be back next year for another Magical Vacation experience. Thanks again from the Cairo's!

This is a beautiful - and very large - property. Abundant natural light, great pool area, great kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice location overlooking the a hole on the golf course and about 25 minutes drive to most Disney parks. There is a rather intense games room that our kids loved, a small but well equipped gym that the adults enjoyed too. Some minor downsides about the experience (rather than the house) - given the cost of the property elements could be more generous - most similar luxury provide abundant basics like dishwasher and washing machine tabs, toiletries, toilet paper etc. It was a bit frustrating to have to go out and buy more after a couple of days. Similarly it was a large additional charge to get the pool heated which felt a bit miserly given the cost of the property. These would be easy fixes to improve the experience. The showers take a very long time to heat up and we couldn't heat the baths up at all. Our check in process was also a little cumbersome- we had to visit an office to check in, but there was nobody in it when we arrived and we struggled to get anyone on the phone. Its also quite close to a freeway, which you can clearly hear in the pool area. A minor inconvenience but worth noting. Overall, however, a fantastic house that we'd highly recommend. You'll struggle to find better in the Orlando area. Almost perfect.

When our newly renovated home in Windermere was not completed for our family spring break vacation (8 adults and 7 grandsons under 8), we knew that the only way to make our vacation magical would be to reach out to Magical Vacation Homes, with whom we have had amazing family vacation experiences in the past. Once again, the team at MVH did not disappoint. Our last minute reservation was accommodated at an amazing house that just happened to become available: The Orlando Grand. The home is as beautifully designed/decorated as it is accommodating for large groups with lots of amazing attractions for guests of all ages. Lots of love and thought went into decorating this home making adult guests only wish it was theirs to own, as much as it makes children regret having to leave to even go to the historic parks of Orlando. At the Orlando Grand, you really don’t have to ever leave the property because it’s got it all! MVH is by far our only choice when vacationing in Orlando. Thanks Team MVH!
