Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

The entire process was easy from initial reservation to checking out. When we had an issue with water leaking in the theater, they immediately sent someone out. Turned out it was an issue with the AC. My family is already set to reserve for next year.

We all had a nice time , beautiful house just need little bit more upgrade like theater seating, replacing pool table , need Beto arrangement for trash pickup, had to call twice for trash pickup with no luck until we were there but pleasant guest service.

My family enjoyed our stay so much, we wished we had an extra day. We loved the home so much that we didn't explore the resort amenities like we planned. There is so much entertainment inside the home, and everyone enjoyed being together. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely Fabulous!!!!! The house was our theme park! We really enjoyed the house our kids had a blast and just enjoyed hanging out with each other. We prepaid for Universal Studios, which did not work and Disney Tickets and we had to eat the cost because our kids did not want to leave the house, I mean the teenagers and elementary age. I got kudos for outdoing with this vacation because I am always the planner. My family has vowed not to stay in a hotel again.
